1. Program Description

Group coaching includes weekly calls, exercises, and guided practices designed to support personal transformation over a 13-week period.

2. Conduct

Participants are required to behave respectfully toward the Coach and other participants and to maintain confidentiality within the group.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.

Clients enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for completing all installments.

4. Attendance

Missed sessions are not refunded or replaced.

Session replays are provided only when explicitly stated as part of the program.

5. Confidentiality

Clients agree to keep all group discussions, shared experiences, and personal information private and confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of Konsciously F.Z.E. and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. No Guarantees

Personal transformation and results vary by participant. No specific outcomes or guarantees are made.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
