These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the truly by Alexandra Website and all Services offered by Konsciously F.Z.E.

By accessing the Website or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following Services:

• 1:1 mentorship programs (online or in-person, healing sessions, intuitive work, coaching)
• ThetaHealing® classes (online or in-person)
• Self-paced online programs including meditations, emotional healing, feminine embodiment, and mental strength
• Meditation Vault (subscription) with recurring billing and cancel-anytime access
• Group coaching programs (13-week journeys)

These Services are spiritual and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our Services and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

4. Payment, Billing & Subscription Terms

4.1 Payments

Payments must be made in full or according to the selected payment plan.

4.2 Subscription Billing

• Billing recurs automatically
• You may cancel anytime
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• No prorated refunds

4.3 Refund Policy

• Mentorships & coaching: Non-refundable
• ThetaHealing® classes: Non-refundable
• Self-paced programs: Non-refundable once accessed
• Subscriptions: Non-refundable per billing cycle
• Group programs: Non-refundable after start

5. Intellectual Property

All materials including videos, workbooks, meditations, course modules, branding, and written content are owned by Konsciously F.Z.E and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Konsciously F.Z.E shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Participation is voluntary and results are not guaranteed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.
