By booking any healing session, mentorship, or coaching experience with Konsciously F.Z.E., you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being at all times.

2. Nature of Services

Services provided by Konsciously F.Z.E. may include, but are not limited to:

• Energy work
• Coaching
• Intuitive guidance
• ThetaHealing®
• Meditation

You understand that these Services are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

3. No Medical Claims

You acknowledge and understand that:

• We do not provide medical or psychological diagnoses
• Our Services do not replace medical, psychological, or mental health treatment
• No guarantees of healing, results, or transformation are made

4. Confidentiality

All content shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by UAE law or where safety concerns exist.

5. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with emotional, energetic, or personal development work undertaken during the Services.

6. Liability Release

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, you release Konsciously F.Z.E. from any and all liability, including but not limited to:

• Physical injuries
• Emotional distress
• Financial losses or damages
• Decisions made as a result of participation in our Services

7. Agreement

Booking or participating in ANY of our Services signifies your full understanding and acceptance of this Liability Waiver & Release.
