One-on-One Mentorship Client Agreement

1. Services

Mentorship includes coaching, healing, intuitive guidance, exercises, and personal development support.

2. Payment

Payment must be made in full or via an approved payment plan before the mentorship begins.

All payments are non-refundable.

3. Session Scheduling & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session
• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice result in session forfeiture
• No-shows are considered forfeited sessions
• Late arrivals will reduce the session duration
• The Coach may reschedule sessions in case of emergencies

4. Confidentiality

All session content remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Result Disclaimer

Results vary per client. No specific outcomes or guarantees are made.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the mentorship are copyrighted. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to attend sessions on time, engage fully, and follow the mentorship structure as outlined by the Coach.

8. Termination

The Coach reserves the right to terminate the mentorship if necessary. The Client remains responsible for completing all agreed payments.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
